Description

The junior web designer will be required to produce high quality web design comps and supporting digital assets such as microsites, landing pages, email templates and banner ads. The position also requires some light front end cut-up into XHTML and CSS in support of site build-out. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible creating visual designs based on client goals and objectives
• Produce all graphic elements, assets, templates and pages based on established design direction
• Assist in build out of sites including page styling to ensure consistent, high quality web sites
• Understands technology and is able to communicate ideas to Web Development team
• Work closely with front end developers to build out and stylize page content
• Demonstrate high standards of workmanship, attention to detail and adherence to industry standards

Required Skills

• 4-year degree 
• Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, with basic to intermediate HTML/XHTML skills
• Flash with some knowledge of ActionScript a plus
• Some knowledge of JavaScript a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
