Project Overview

Crossroads Realty is an independently owned and operated Realtor® with over 350 agents serving commercial and residential buyers and sellers in Monmouth, Ocean and surrounding counties in New Jersey. Crossroads was looking for a redesign that broke the mold of other realtor web sites as well as an overhaul to the underlying Content Management System (CMS).

Solution & Results

Working hand in hand with Crossroads, Delphic Sage crafted a visual design with a Web 2.0 look and feel. Larger typefaces, easy navigation and a focus on neighborhood data and insights were critical to the success of the site given the target audience.

But the overhaul didn't stop with just visual enhancements. An underlying CMS was put in place to manage and enhance site content. Data from local county MLS systems are piped in dynamically so the latest listings are always available. Listings are then geolocated through integration with Windows Live API. Personalization, alerts, 3rd party feed publication are just some of the other features of the site.
