Project Overview
Resource Investments is a leading multifamily real estate investment and management firm with properties located in the Northeast, South and Midwest U.S. Their Allstate Management division manages approximately 20 properties through an intensive approach to property management aimed to deliver quality service for residents.
Delphic Sage worked closely with Resource Investments to craft a user experience focused on telling their compelling story at both the corporate levels as well as for each specific property. At the property level, unique positioning is balanced with vivid visual imagery and a practical approach to quickly finding the right property for potential tenants as well as serving existing ones. Each site also features an virtual tours, image gallery including floor plans and integration with 3rd party tools such Walk Score, Simply Hired, an email blast engine, customer surveys and RealPage's portal software. An underlying CMS manages all 42 web sites (including mobile sites) which offers an easy way to update content quickly as well as add or remove properties efficiently.
