Project Overview

Accion is the nation's largest micro-finance institution, serving the New York metropolitan region. The company provides loans, training, and education for disadvantaged business owners who would otherwise lack access to credit sources.

Accion desired to build a relationship with its core audience and increase its web presence. To address these needs, Accion brought Delphic Sage in as web consultants. After assessing the situation, Delphic Sage provided a complete solution for improving Accion's web presence to appeal to their primary audiences of local entrepreneurs and prospective donors.

After a consultative period, Delphic Sage proposed a strategic initiative tailored to Accion's need. The proposed solution included a vibrant visual design and a Content Management system (CMS). The design chosen features local entrepreneurs, reinforcing the site's objective as an informative resource for these prospective clients. Additionally, the site structure and simple navigation promote accessibility of Accion's information and resources. Most importantly, the use of a CMS created a simple and quick way to update the site, ultimately enhancing user experience and easing administrative burden.
