A prestigious banking institution, with over $80 Billion in assets and branches across the Northeast approached Delphic Sage to create a web-based solution to manage bonus and merit distribution across the bank.

Results

We created a web-based application that enables better access and lower cost of deployment. Merit and bonus distribution is now managed across all levels of employment. We utilized extensive AJAX performing instantaneous calculations to create a software like feel for a web application. The in depth business logic we developed supports highly sophisticated business workflow. We setup an integration with ERP, Payroll and Performance Management Systems allowing for seamless flow of data. And we substantially improved user interface makeing the application easier to use.
