Project Overview

Forty miles south of Seoul, South Korea, 1,500 acres of land have been reclaimed from Incheon's waterfront in preparation for the creation of New Songdo City, a master-planned international business center. This planned development project is estimated to cost in excess of $20 billion, making it the largest private development project ever undertaken anywhere in the world.

New Songdo City will be a center for free trade and international business with convenient access to one third of the world's population. Architectural and aesthetic elements drawn from the world's greatest cities will create a dynamic, vibrant world community for business professionals and their families.

Master planner of New Songdo City, real estate development company Gale International, approached Delphic Sage seeking a solution that would improve their existing website for communication, sales and awareness effort.

Results

We provided a fully editable and scalable site that can be quickly updated live providing Gale the most accurate website and marketing tool to aid their sales efforts. We created unique interactive features that provide real time examples of New Songdo City development which increase project awareness, build excitement, and cultivate knowledge.
